Include fish and fish products in your diet.
By including fish in your diet chart you can gain lots of lean protein. Fishes generally contain very small amount of saturated fatty acids as compared to chicken or beef. Cold water fish like salmon can provide you with omega-3 fat that is beneficial for your body.
Poultry foods can help you. Chicken and turkey are good and healthy source of lean protein. White meat is also lower in calories compared to dark meat. For effective results you should go for grilled, roasted or baked chicken.
Choose beef. There’s no need the avoid eating beef in order to lose weight. Beef is also a good source of lean protein, but you should be careful while consuming. Always go for extra lean quality and any fat that can be seen try removing it before you consume.
